All data entered by the user remains only on the device and is never shared with third parties.
3. Microphone (Guitar Tuner)
The application requests access to the microphone only for the Guitar Tuner function.
Audio data is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to any third party.
4. Health (iOS) — “Spark: Calorie Counter (Огонёк)”
If the user manually enables data saving to the Health app on iOS when using “Spark: Calorie Counter (Огонёк)”:

Data is stored only on the user’s device

The user fully controls access to this data via the Health app settings
In the Android version of the app, user data is not saved to any Health app and remains only on the user’s device.
5. Third-Party SDKs
The application does not use any third-party SDKs or libraries that collect user information.
6. Device Permissions
The application does not request access to:

Location

Camera
-
Calls or SMS
-
Persistent device identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, etc.)

Data from other applications
Exceptions: microphone for Guitar Tuner, and optional Health data recording on iOS for “Spark: Calorie Counter”, with user consent.
7. Data Storage
All data stays only on the user’s device.
Deleting the app automatically deletes all related data.
8. User Rights
Since the application does not collect or store personal data, the user has full control over any information stored on their device.
9. Policy Updates
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy.
The latest version is always available at the same link provided in the app store listing.
